Burnout Bay[edit]
IMPORTANT NOTE: Traveling to Burnout Bay requires a 5,000 silver bribe to the guards. As of 2/22, no bribe required. This may change.
Description: All the rebellious rejects and castouts of Declination River all wind up in same spot: the Burnout Bay Prison. This maximum security penitentiary holds the most dangerous breeds in Roperia, so wranglers must defend themselves with high-leveled Candy canes and Medical Manglers!

Escaped Prisoner[edit]
- Main article: Escaped Prisoner
While fishing in Burnout Bay, you will occasionally encounter the Escaped Prisoner. He is similar to the opponents you've encountered in Icelantica (Flying Penguin, Rabid Raccoon, Polar Bear), however requires a Lv 73 (Lv. 75+ recommended) pole to successfully attack him.
Success has a chance of obtaining an item from the Escaped Prisoner Collection. Different options drop different items. Choosing the Defend option will get you the later items in the collection so you can trade down to complete the set.
His collection set yields Deckhand Vouchers & Liquid Gold.
