Asteroid Reef
Native Summary[edit]
Asteroid Reef was formed by a radioactive asteroid named '5025 Phonea' that smashed into the south-east corner of Redwood Cresecent. Wranglers must use extreme caution and the Radiation Suit when fishing in the radioactive region.
SPOILER: For the willing, a behind-the-shadows image of Asteroid Reef is available here.
Getting to Asteroid Reef[edit]
To advance to Asteroid Reef, just follow the instructions from the Spirit of the Sea on your maps page:
The Spirit needs you to voyage into the hazards of Roperia, where a radioactive asteroid crashed. The fish here are very strange. You're the only wrangler capable of investigating the area.
Unlock Procedure:
- Catch a level 50 Wrangler Fish with the Coal-Powered Thermo-Pole to prove you're a real wrangler!
- Catch a level 50 X510 Fish with the Shredder to display your cutting skills against one of the sharpest fish!
- Learn the Master of Nuclear Physics skill to unlock the Radiation Suit, so you can navigate your way through the radioactive waters of Asteroid Reef.
Instant Unlock:
- Purchase the Radiation Suit via PayPal for $4.99 at any time.
Purchases[edit]
Poles[edit]
Fishing in Asteroid Reef requires Wranglers to purchase the Nueron Transducer at the cost of 300,000 Silver.
Chum[edit]
Besides Red Love Chum/Free Love Chum, the specific chum for Asteroid Reef is Rock Roach Chum @ the cost of 115 Silver per piece.

A rogues gallery of each Asteroid Reef fish can be found in Asteroid Reef Fish List.

Moving on[edit]
- Due to the game becoming slightly non-linear at this point, Wranglers have 2 options to take:
- Advance to the next area of Helvetica as they help the Spirit with her original goal of cleaning up the Roperian Sea.
- Head off to space for the cosmic adventure of Asteroid Belt.
Helvetica[edit]
- Wranglers must follow the instructions on their map to advance to Helvetica:
- The Spirit needs you to voyage into deep into the depths of Roperia, where a various myths are believed to live. You're the only hope we have in stopping the Typhoeus, a mythical dragon-like fish!
Unlock Procedure:
- Catch a level 50 Rancor Fish with the Nueron Transducer to prove your radioactive fishing abilities!
- Learn the Mythology of Roperia skill to unlock the Roperian Scuba Bag!
- Purchase the Roperian Scuba Bag and voyage to Helvetica, so you can scuba dive deep below the waters of Roperia.
or Instantly Unlock:
- Purchase the Roperian Scuba Bag via PayPal for $4.99 at any time.
Asteroid Belt[edit]
- Advancing to the Asteroid Belt can be done by following the instructions at The Story Of Asteroid Belt.
