Description: Survivors of the treacherous "Ten Year Storm" will stumble upon a secret sunken world of shipwrecks. With the help of Sailor Stu, wranglers will first discover the SS Whiskey - an old cargo ship filled with alcohol, treasure and dangerous fish. Get ready for another fun-filled scuba diving adventure on Fish Wrangler!

Unlocking SS Whiskey

You must complete the Ten Year Storm story by using the Pneumatic Spear pole fishing in Eye of the Storm. This unlocks Chapter #1: Shipwreck Saga. You can see the spoiler for all the chapters of Shipwreck Explorer story.

After having a few tarpits with Earl, he started telling us of the tragic stories of various storms and shipwrecks near the Ten Year Storm. He said the Pneumatic Spear Gun doesn't stand a chance there. Head to Earl in Waterport to see if there's a better Spear Gun available...

Going to see Earl in WaterPort and the Ancient Mariner whisks you there immediately, taking no time (nor will your boat level up). Earl will require three items in exchange for one of three new poles.

1. 12 pack of Tarpit Stouts (obtain Tarpit Stout)
2. 5 Re-foamer attractants (obtain Re-foamer)
3. 4 underwater ACC's and 3 XL Springs (Purchase at Scuba Supply Warehouse) results in another page with "TIP Deckhand Diego has another idea..Follow Diego"

Once you have all three items you can exchange for either Sling Spear, Torpedo Spear, or Electro Spear pole. This unlocks Chapter #2 of Shipwreck Explorer story and this island location SS Whiskey.

NOTE: You can exchange all three items for the other two poles as well later. Which will involve obtaining all three of those items again and going to see Earl in WaterPort to exchange for the additional poles.

What to Buy

Poles

• Sling Spear: 50,000 gold
• Torpedo Spear: 50,000 gold
• Electro Spear: 50,000 gold

Note: reflects poles purchase of 50k gold, yet are not actually able to purchase them with gold and can only be exchanged for items with Earl.

Chum

You can now purchase Algae and Plankton chum in SS Whiskey.. We've heard there might be a connection to these new levels and Sir Sigfried!

• Algae Chum: 101 gold each
• Plankton Chum: 101 gold each

Shipwreck License

You have to have a Shipwreck License to fish in SS Whiskey. It costs 50,000 gold and is good for up to 500 shipwreck scuba trips. If you are caught by the Coast Guard with an expired Shipwreck License, you'll have to pay double to renew it.

Moving on

In order to access SS Minefield, one must complete Chapter 7 by following the Shipwreck Explorer story. Though there is very little benefit heading there before your pole is level 25+.
