Access to Castout Creek is granted by turning in the [[Collectables#Homeless Villain|Homeless Villain Collection]].

==What to buy==
Add-ons for [[Candy Cane]] or [[Medical Mangler]] to increase your pole level past levels 30, 40, and 50. To increase past level 60 you will need to go to [[Burnout Bay]]
