Description: TASK FISH!
Most all of the debris of Plastic Island can be traced back to PlasticCo and its CEO. He's a rare catch because he doesn't come out this way on his yacht too often. It might take a whole lot of fines to convince this wealthy, powerful man to make his products safer for the ocean!
