Description: This guy runs a small grocery store in Santa Francesca, and instead of paying to have his garbage hauled off, sometimes he comes out in the middle of the night and dumps his debris. He’s convinced himself it’s okay because most of it is spoiled food – what fish doesn’t enjoy old brown bananas and moldy cupcakes? But he’s not thinking about all the cardboard, plastic bags, plastics stickers, and rubber bands he’s tossing out along with the food.
