Description: Dumper's cousin Trawler runs a fleet of commercial fishing boats. He uses cheap nets and lines that constantly break, and when they do break, he just leaves the broken nets, traps and lines behind in the water. Roperian scientists estimate that at least 46% of the trash binding Plastic Island together is broken fishing nets. Trawler is a huge part of the problem here; convince him to make the effort to keep his boats' ghost gear from floating into the ocean.
