The Deputy is one of two poles you can choose to use when you begin in the Tragedy Reef region, the other is the Remediator. The poles originally cost higher on the day of release, starting at TBD Silver. Both poles than decreased by 2k less per hour, until it reached 1,500. They can be bought at Glacier Shack, but will max out at level 55 until you complete the first five quests for both Remediator and Deputy.

Pole leveling starts at 90TBD exp. per level.
