Boat leveling strategy[edit]
Use the 5x and 2x speed boosts that last for 24 hours. You can travel either to a faraway place like Cote de Rope that gives you a maximum % of level boost (about 17.5%), round trip about 6-8 minutes, or a short distance place like Freezberg Brewhaus that gives you a decent % (about 7.5%) round trip about 2-3 minutes. If you have additional speed boosts, you can really cut down the travel time.
Using a boat leveling multiplier helps as well, but it is not as important as traveling speed.
Remember to refresh your boats page afterwards when you've maxed out so you don't need to get anymore boat leveling boosts.
