Description: Refrain from glancing in the red piercing eyes of this bullish fish. Toro Fish take pleasure in charging at wranglers and destroying boats. If you are willing to take the risk, toss out some meat and hold on tightly to your fishing equipment.

How to catch Toro Fish:
Catch Toro Fish by using a Steam Powered Hydro-pole or higher in Blue Crescent. Requires the skill of Habitats of Large Fish. Repel Toro Fish by using Red Blanket.
