Description: Putrid Fish are in an advanced staged of decomposition and are perhaps the foulest smelling creatures. Only the Steam's stench can bear the haunting aroma.
Notes:
When the Putrid Fish was first released, wranglers could catch them using both the Sonar and Hydro-pole. Recent evolutions of the Putrid have since developed a stench that can evade Sonar poles. They are still susceptible to seasoned Hydro-pole wrangers however.
How to catch Putrid Fish: Catch Putrid Fish by using a Level 10+ Steam Powered Hydro-pole in Blue Crescent. Requires the skill of Art of Night Fishing and Timing
Part of the following Quests: Toro Flank Steak (3 fish required), and Smoky Tartare (7 fish required)
