Trivia[edit]
- The Putrid Fish has an internal fish ID #41.
- Upon being first available to catch, the Putrid Fish could be caught using both the Steam Pole and the Sonar Pole. Due to more recent evolution, the Putrid Fish has developed a stench that can evade Sonar Poles which the Steam ones can with-stand. This led to the Farovian Department of Recreation having to update the pole requirements for wranglers wishing to catch this decomposing fish.
