Catch Procedure[edit]
- The Squidtea Cuppa Boss Fish can be caught using either the Circus Net or the Freakshow Cage at Funtopia.
- A minimum pole level that is computed by the formula (Jump# x10 + 10) is required. If this is your first jump, then that would be Jump#1 x10 + 10 = Level 20. If this is your second jump, then that would be Jump#2 x10 + 10 = Level 30.
Boss Fish[edit]
- The Squidtea Cuppa Boss Fish is a BOSS!
- As a boss fish, you will have to use the wrangling meter scheme to reel it in. The wrangling meter is a mini-game where you have to press and release the button to keep the needle in the middle range as the timer counts down.
Multi-Pole[edit]
- The Squidtea Cuppa Boss Fish is a Multi-Pole Fish.
- You need a minimum pole level of (Jump# x10 + 10) for the Circus Net and the Freakshow Cage. Upon catching it with one pole, you have 15 minutes to switch poles and cast a FISH NOW! to complete the catch.
Task Fish[edit]
- The Squidtea Cuppa Boss Fish is a TASK FISH!
- This will unlock chapter 3 part 1 in The Story of Aquaria, and you will be able to proceed to the next Aquaria area.
- If you have caught all four bosses from the four areas, then you will unlock chapter 4 of The Story of Aquaria, and you can proceed to try to capture the mythical Carnival King Fish
Attraction/Repulsion[edit]
- As Squidtea Cuppa Boss Fish has a population of non-existent, you will need to use Liquid Gold to attract it.
- NOTE: One must harness Liquid Gold on it plus enable (turn it 'on') LG in order to catch this fish.
