Tales tell of a scuba diver who met a terrible fate near Innsmouth. The Scuba Shambler, with its alien countenance, bears the remnants of that unfortunate soul. From the seafloor to the Roof of the World, it emerges with the EyeThing - perhaps a relic from its prey.
