- The Cthylla Fish can be caught using both the Eldritch and the Innsmouth Suit at Roof of the World.
- A minimum pole level of Level 175 on both poles is required.
Multi-Pole[edit]
- The Cthylla Fish is a Multi-Pole Fish.
- You need a minimum pole level of Level 175 on both the Eldritch and the Innsmouth Suit.
- Upon catching it with one pole, you have 15 minutes to switch poles and cast a FISH NOW! to complete the catch.
