Description: The fun-loving Cocktail Shrimp bring the party to Icelantica. The shrimp mainly consume alcohol (and very little food), so wranglers may have difficulty catching the Shrimp. Red Love Chum has been known to stir up some excitement in these crazy creatures.

Cocktail Shrimp Fish Quests

Holy Shrimp![edit]

Left

  • Difficulty: 5/10
  • Description: HOLY SHRIMP! Look at these crisply crustaceans!
  • Pole Requirements: Level 55 Holy Liberator
  • Unlocks: Rescue Net

  • Quest specific tips: Start out in Lake Freezberg where the Big Mouth and Hibernator fish are most prevalent. You can also catch the Hockum there, but you may have better luck in San Digloo. You can also use Denture Goo if you didn't catch any while fishing for Big Mouth and Hibernators. The Cocktail Shrimp will be the most difficult, but many wranglers have had luck fishing in Glacier Bay with Antifreeze Protein and Boo Juice turned on. If you don't use these resources, the Cocktail Shrimp can also be caught in San Digloo, Lake Freezberg and Snowpeak River, but is Possibly Extinct in all locations. Depending on attractant/repellant use and your luck with the Cocktail Shrimp, this quest could take as few as 75 casts or 100-200 for unlucky wranglers.
  • Catch Requirements: 10 Big Mouth Fish, 8 Hibernator Fish, 6 Hockum Fish, 2 Cocktail Shrimp Fish ×1.5 when done with friend

Deviled Caviar[edit]

Left

  • Difficulty: 5/10
  • Description: Fish eggs and sesame seed crackers have never tasted so grand! Considered Betsylou's finest delicacy!
  • Pole Requirements: Level 55 Evil Obliterator
  • Unlocks: Dynamite Dispatcher

  • Quest specific tips: Begin by fishing at San Digloo and clear all your Snow Crabs and Corn Puffs with Nail Goo. (You won't get RLC boosts or bank any at San Digloo until you clear your lumberjacks.) You will hopefully catch some Cocktail Shrimps along the way before you reach level 64 with your pole. Then head to Lake Freezberg and clear all your Lumberjacks. For the eventually remaning Cocktail Shrimp, head to Glacier Bay and activate Antifreeze protein and Boo Juice. Use of RLC now is highly recommended. This quest should take about 100-200 casts, largely depending on your luck with the Cocktail Shrimp.
  • Catch Requirements: 10 Lumberjack Fish, 8 Snow Crab Fish, 6 Corn Puff Fish, 2 Cocktail Shrimp Fish ×1.5 when done with friend
