Description: The Hovering Riverboat was specially designed by Franken, Earl's long lost cousin who was accidentally shipped off in a fish crate at birth. Franken mutated into part fish due to the high pollution levels in Roperia during the early 70's. Requires 30 long distance travels per each level.
