Reigning Ice Fish Quests

Final Supper[edit]

Left

  • Difficulty: 8/10
  • Description: A holy and unforgettable dish served only to the righteous of wranglers.
  • Pole Requirements: Level 95 Holy Liberator

  • Quest specific tips: With the Electric Eel being available in Snowpeak River, augment your pole as soon as possible to get them and the Ice Prancers out of the way. You can then focus the RLC boost on the latter fish (if using RLC). If you have any Ice Prancers or Electric Eels left to catch after you have caught the Reigning Ice and Mother Cubey, travel to Snowpeak Summit where they are more numerous. However, it is more likely that the last fish you need to catch will be either the Mother Cubey or Reigning Ice. It is recommended to use Liquid Gold to catch them, as they are both very rare. If your last fish is the Mother Cubey, you could consider fishing in Glacier Bay with K9 Pheromone and Boo Juice turned on if you don't have or don't want to use Liquid Gold. Without RLC or Liquid Gold, this quest could take a very long time.
  • Catch Requirements: 18 Ice Prancer Fish, 15 Electric Eel Fish, 2 Mother Cubey Fish, 1 Reigning Ice Fish ×1.5 when done with friend

Phantom Filet[edit]

Left

  • Difficulty: 8/10
  • Description: Vengeful wranglers can devour evilness in this blood-dripping filet.
  • Pole Requirements: Level 95 Evil Obliterator

  • Quest specific tips: It is best to purchase the first augment as soon as possible as you will need a level 107 to catch the Blood Hound. Start in Snowpeak River to catch the Rudolph fish. If lucky, you may catch the Reigning Ice and/or Bottom Feeders. Once the Rudolphs are complete, head to Snowpeak Summit to finish the Blood Hounds. You can activate K9 Pheromone to ward off Snow Leopard Sharks. You cannot catch the Bottom Feeder in Snowpeak Summit, so once you have finished the Rudolphs and Blood Hounds, head back to Snowpeak River to catch the remaining Bottom Feeders (and Reigning Ice if you haven't gotten it yet). At this point you may want to use RLC and/or Liquid Gold to target the remaining fish. If you are going for speed, use Liquid Gold for the Bottom Feeder and Reigning Ice as those will be your bottleneck to finishing.
  • Catch Requirements: 18 Rudolph the Reinbie Fish, 15 Blood Hound Fish, 2 Bottom Feeder Fish, 1 Reigning Ice Fish ×1.5 when done with friend

Icelantica SBQ[edit]

SUPER BONUS QUEST!

(Difficulty: 20/10)
The Super Bonus Quest of Sigs requires Farovian Wrangler's to catch an unholy number of the rarest fish in town! Not for beginner's.
Pole Req: Level 100 Evil Obliterator , Level 100 Holy Liberator
Rewards: 90 Free Love Chum, 3 Liquid Gold, 20 Deckhand Vouchers
Quest specific tips: In order to start this quest, you must have completed all the quest sets for the Holy Liberator and the Evil Obliterator. As with all SBQ's, this quest is VERY hard, and not recommended for the faint of heart.

Two ways: Go to Snowpeak River to work on the Reinbies first instead which are slightly more common there & you can also catch the last fish there as well. Or instead, you may prefer to cast in the Summit to work on the more difficult 2nd & 3rd fish that only exist there (while you are working to finish all the Reinbies). The Pirahna fish can only be caught with the Evil Obliterator, and the Karma fish can only be caught with the Holy Liberator pole. Using K9 Pheromone can help with catching the harder fish as well as RLC/FLC. This quest can take up to 13,000+ casts.
Starting Requirements: 200,000 Gold, 12 Angel Tear, and 12 Denture Goo
Special Quests require various resources to start because BetsyLou's new boyfriend on the side is an aspiring wrangler and needs some help getting started with gold and a variety of other delightful resources!
Catch Req's: 212 Rudolph the Reinbie Fish, 42 Piranha Fish, 42 Karma Fish, 9 Reigning Ice Fish ×1.5 when done with friend
