- Pole Requirements: Level 58+ Champions Cast Line
- Quest specific tips: Tri-Turtle requires pole level 61. Populace is from Threatened to Critically Endangered, but there aren't a huge number to catch.
- Catch Requirements: 9 Pentafin Fish, 5 Paddlefin Pike Fish, 15 Rad Ray Fish, 11 Tri-Turtle Fish ×1.5 when done with friend
