Description: Covered with suction cups and mutant tentacles, the Octo Fish digested large quantities of chemicals during mutation which resulted in the monstrous Octo Octo. The octopus maintains concealment, despite being considered the largest breed in Farovia.

Bling Tail[edit]
- Difficulty: 8/10
- Description: The Bling Tail is the most delectable portion of the Electropion Lobster. Should you eat it – or should you sell it?
- Pole Requirements: Level 62 Algaenite
- Unlocks: Avenjer
- Rewards: 1 Liquid Gold
- Quest specific tips: Catch the Giant PBJ's and Spotlight Fish in Sig's Wasteland first (neither are difficult). Move back to Sig's Vault for the Octo Octo as it cannot be caught in the Wasteland. Use RLC boost for the Octo Octo and Lobsta's. Lobsta's can be caught in either Vault or Wasteland.(possibly extinct in both).
- Catch Requirements: 16 Giant PBJ Fish, 12 Spotlight Fish, 4 Octo Octo Fish, 3 Electropian Lobsta Fish ×1.5 when done with friend
Octoodle Soup[edit]
- Difficulty: 8/10
- Description: An Asian style soup loaded with noodles, octopus and spicy wasabi broth.
- Pole Requirements: Level 62 Planktonite
- Unlocks: Razors
- Rewards: 1 Liquid Gold
- Quest specific tips: There's few ways to do this - The most common is to finish the first two fish in Sigs Wasteland & do the rest in Sigs Vault. You may even catch a few Crab in Wasteland too.
The second is if you have LG to burn & going for speed. Start in the Vault & use LG to finish all of the Octos first & then stay in Sigs Wasteland afterwards, harnessing LG on the King Crab if you desire.
Alternatively, a third way is to use LG on the Crabs using the 1st method, and then on the Octos later.
This quest is very difficult - since it's broken up. The Octo Octo's which are Possibly Extinct and only available in the Vault. K Crab has the same population in both locations, making these 7 fish the most likely bottleneck fish of the quest. But there's a lower number of fish types in the Vault, so you will naturally have less competition to do them there. Still, you will most likely use more LG than you earn either way though so don't be afraid to build some even if your using love chum.
