This is a list of all the SBQ (Super Bonus Quest). This list shows a brief summary for these quests as well as all gold and resource amounts that will be used in starting a SBQ. Starting a SBQ will require handing over and using some gold and resources, which will NOT be refunded if decide to quit that SBQ quest. In the forums one will occasionally see someone asking about this, in particular about resources needed to be used to start one. Clicking the 'start xx SBQ quest' will prompt giving a list of all required gold and resources needed in order to start that particular SBQ, and you will need to click to confirm if you have all the required item amounts needed. There has since recently been added an in-game page listing all SBQ found here which shows all details including started inactive and how many times you have cooked, EXCEPT does not show resources required to start (see below for respective quest resources needed).
In order for SBQ quest to be unlocked, you must have already completed all the poles quest set for that Island(s) area first. NOTE: Liquid Gold amounts listed are ONLY for first time completed, each additional time completed will be 1 less.
SBQ Free Love Chum awards are only given for the first completion.
Bonus Quests have a difficulty somewhere between regular quests and SBQ's and are additional quests that are not required in order to complete that poles quest set and trophy dish prize icon. Bonus Quests will reflect this in the quest number for that pole set (e.g. Quest #7 of 6). Bonus Quests gives out rewards. NOTE: Like with SBQ's upon first completion of Bonus Quests the Ancient Mariner rewards 3 Liquid Gold, and 2 Liquid Gold for each successive completion, or always 1 less for each additional time completed.
Another option is to unlock WaterPier and progress through the different stealth poles in that same order. You will still have to switch over and complete the related stealth quest if you are still needing to unlock the next stealth pole or area.

, Level 80 Necro-Pole Rewards: 75 Free Love Chum (first-time only), 30 Red Sharks, 10 Deckhand Vouchers Quest specific tips: In order to start this quest, you must have completed the quest sets for both the Excali-Pole and the Necro-Pole. It also requires giving Betsy 16 Munchies. This quest is VERY hard, and not recommended for the faint of heart. To make best use of the quest bonus, start with the Excali-Pole until you catch all the Squires, then switch to the Necro-Pole for the Werewolf Miny then switch back to the Excali-Pole for the Arthurians. You may also to opt to use LG on the Arthurs/WW Minis while fishing for the Squires/Devil Ray too, or if your low on LG, right after catching one to attempt a streak. This quest can take up to 14,000+ casts.
Another option is to unlock Fishertonburg and progress through the different stealth poles in that same order. You will still have to switch over and complete the related stealth quest if you are still needing to unlock the next stealth pole or area.

Quest specific tips: Fireballs should be able to be finished easily however, progress will get much slower after. The Cherry Bombs can be caught without too much difficulty, but the others are very difficult fish to catch & will require much more patience. Using RLC/FLC can help, along with resources like Rain Water and Sig's 57th, or just using Liquid gold. However, this combination can get very costly and still take awhile depending on luck. This quest can take up to 10,450+ casts.

, Level 80 Sonar Pulverizer Rewards: 80 FLC (first time only), 3 Liquid Gold, 10 Mystery Tackle Boxes Quest specific tips: In order to start the quest a wrangler must complete the quest sets for both the Steam-Powered Hydro-Pole and the Sonar Pulverizer poles. Start with the Steam Pole to use the Quest boost for the first two fish, switching only if you feel bored to try the other two fish. This quest can take up to 19,000+ casts.
If you plan to work on these in Blue Caldera, you can catch Sea Crocodile and Striped Diablo with the Electric Hydro (stealth for hydro-pole) and the Purpy Fish with Nuclear Pulverizer (stealth for Sonar). However, you will have to go back to the Blue Crescent in order to catch the Razor Sharks with the Sonar.

Catch Req's: 43 Sea Crocodile Fish, 35 Striped Diablo Fish, 50 Razor Shark Fish, 33 Purpy Fish ×1.5 when done with friend
Quest specific tips: The Peccant and the Blackhawk Ray fish are both fairly common and should be caught relatively easily. If you want to speed up your progress, you can choose to use Arsenic to attract the Peccant fish. The Fiddler Crab will likely take longer to catch than the Peccant and the Rays, but with some patience, they can be caught without too much trouble. The Red Lobsta will be very difficult to catch and the use of RLC/FLC is recommended. The use of Pistol punch, red blanket, chili sauce, and sig's 57th can all help to repel some of the more prolific fish; however, don't use too many of them at the same time as they won't be as effective if you do. This quest can take up to 12,000+ casts. *Even with this strategy, the Red Lobstas will still be difficult to catch and you may want to use Liquid Gold if you have some to spare.
Quest specific tips: Start off by catching the blue whales in Poseidon's Ring. After they are done, move to Misty Cliffs to catch the Underbites. Once the Underbite fish are all caught, move to Bottomless Depths to finish the quest. This quest can take up to 5,500+ casts.
FW Trivia - Geminisles was originally called Bottomless Depths, with the description staying the same - later the name was changed such as the rest to represent the region of the islands. It's possible this could have been the first SBQ that was tested before the first SBQs were released.

, Level 100 Holy Liberator Rewards: 90 Free Love Chum, 3 Liquid Gold, 20 Deckhand Vouchers Quest specific tips: In order to start this quest, you must have completed all the quest sets for the Holy Liberator and the Evil Obliterator. As with all SBQ's, this quest is VERY hard, and not recommended for the faint of heart.
Two ways: Go to Snowpeak River to work on the Reinbies first instead which are slightly more common there & you can also catch the last fish there as well. Or instead, you may prefer to cast in the Summit to work on the more difficult 2nd & 3rd fish that only exist there (while you are working to finish all the Reinbies).
The Pirahna fish can only be caught with the Evil Obliterator, and the Karma fish can only be caught with the Holy Liberator pole. Using K9 Pheromone can help with catching the harder fish as well as RLC/FLC. This quest can take up to 13,000+ casts.
Starting Requirements: 200,000 Gold, 12 Angel Tear, and 12 Denture Goo Special Quests require various resources to start because BetsyLou's new boyfriend on the side is an aspiring wrangler and needs some help getting started with gold and a variety of other delightful resources!
