Description: On February 29th, wranglers can spot a special frog leaping across the vast ocean. Hurry up and head to Waterport...because the Leap Frog only comes around every 4 years! In addition, Fish Wrangler has donated 1% of February's revenue to "Save the Frogs" - an organization dedicated to amphibian conservation.
2016 UPDATE: For the special Leap Year contest, you can catch this bad boy anywhere in Farovia, with just about any pole. Enjoy!
