How to catch this fish?
Travel to Wahwahport and activate Liquid Gold (harnessed on the Kwanky). Fish with a Level 80+ Oak Twig and eventually you'll receive a message to activate a Level 80+ Kiddie Standard Pole. You must also have a Level 80+ Rocket Rod, which Deckhand Deb will activate to officially reel in this fish.
