How to catch Heartworm Fish:
The Heartworm has infected the Heart Coral, thereby taking out the entire Lucidia Preserve. Upon your arrival to Heart Land, the Heartworm causes mass chaos for the region... requiring you to do a series of missions.
The Heartworm is part of a Task: Try to catch the multi-pole Heartworm so the Heart Coral can bring back Lucidia Preserve to its original splendor!
Although not stated, you will need to harness LG while having both Lucidia poles at Level 80 to catch it or Lv 78 using love chum. First multi-pole fish in history of FW that needs to be caught in order to continue the story-line. Also first to have 3 tags: a Polaroid, Multi-pole, and a Task Fish!
