Native Summary[edit]
Once a hopeful entrepreneur with dreams of running the coolest cart in Tropico, Dripsicle underestimated just how cruel the sun could be. Now he's fused to his own cart, sobbing into a half-melted scoop and muttering something about “back in the freezer days.” Only appears during the hottest part of the day, usually seen dripping in sweat and attracting flies.
