Cotton Jelly, the fluffiest fish in Gourmetia, is literally on cloud nine with her cotton candy curls. She bobs along the carnival currents, offering a sugary smile to anyone who floats by. Just don't get caught in her sticky tendrils, or you'll be a walking sweet treat yourself!
