This barnacle-covered brute isn't after fish—he's after you. With a drink in one fin and a fishing rod in the other, Captain Humaner spends his days patrolling the wreck-strewn waters of Tropocalypse Cay, scanning the waves for things that shouldn't be there—yet always are. A lone boot, a half-sunken rowboat, an eerily pristine pocket watch still ticking. He's pulled up enough lost limbs to keep everyone slightly uneasy...
