Once known as the monster in the waters, the hairy and hulky Abdo Fish recently became hooked on steroids and prescription diet pills. The fish is featured in dozens of workout mags, but is most notoriously known for its "pullup" pose.

- The Abdo Fish can be caught using the Holy Liberator or Evil Obliterator at Snowpeak River and Snowpeak Summit.
- A minimum pole level of 90 is required.
- Requires the skill of Sub-Zero Survival Training.
