The Story of Medievalton consists of a total of 21 Chapters, of which the first four chapters were released on February 28, 2024.

Chapter #1: The Mysterious Melody

Prior to the release, the following text was presented:

As the magical pink ghost's aura intensifies near Voobalu, Wranglers have noticed a worrying trend - the nearby towns are ablaze with unexplained fires. It's up to you to explore these waters and unravel the mystery behind this fiery phenomenon.

This will take you to the world map where you will see a pink mist at a place called Voobalu, near Kingsland Confluence and Amadahy Plains. Start clicking around where the Voobalu pink mist is or northeast of it towards Medievalton.[1]

I embarked on a thrilling journey, leaving behind the swamplands of Dodge River. As I navigated away, an unexpected blend of trumpet sounds, smoke, and the scent of watermelons filled the air, piquing my curiosity. Amidst this, I stumbled upon a peculiar item - the Tipsy Toon, one of Seer Sal's map drawings. “What bizarre festival lies ahead?” I wondered, steering my boat towards the unfolding mystery

Chapter #2: The Royal Summons

The Medievalton Story begins! While lost in the tranquil serenity of your exploration, a sudden scent of watermelons, mingled with the smoky whisper of distant fires, breaks your solitude. The unexpected sound of trumpets pierces the air. “Is there a music festival amidst this chaos?” I wonder.

Lost in the tranquil serenity of my exploration, the distant fires seemed to dance with the scent of watermelons. Suddenly, trumpets pierced the air. “Is there a music festival amidst this chaos?” I pondered, intrigued by the unusual symphony that beckoned me towards a new adventure.     As the music grew louder, Captain Ravenshield's voice rang out, “Brave Wrangler, our kingdom of Medievalton is in dire need. We seek your expertise.” Intrigued, I decided to join forces with them and reclaim their kingdom from turmoil.

Chapter #3: The Secret of the Seas

Part #1: Dual Chum Combos

The Medieval Maulerpole unlocks after completing the following storyline... Visit Stonehaven's fish list, find the two chums described in Jellydin's tale, and equip them for a potent combination. Your chum mastery awaits verification.

 Medievalton: Captain Ravenshield's voice rings out, 'Brave Wrangler, our kingdom of Medievalton is in dire need. Your expertise is our beacon of hope.' It's time to join forces and reclaim the kingdom!

Medievalton: Aboard the medieval ship, the journey to Medievaleton begins. Captain Ravenshield recounts the kingdom's history, revealing their unique dual chum fishing tradition, vital for luring diverse fish. Please wait 39 secs...

Aboard with Captain Ravenshield, I learned about their watermelon fascination and dual chum combos. “It’s a skill as ancient as our kingdom,” he shared. Eager to master this technique, I prepared to lure the rarest fish of the Medievalton.

Part #2: Jellydin's Chum Challenge

Try buying some of the new chum at Stonehaven Village

Medievalton: With Deckhand Deb on board, Captain Ravenshield unveils the secret to their kingdom's fishing success: the art of dual chum combos. Master this ancient technique to attract the rarest and most mystical of fish.

In Stonehaven, my task was to find and equip two specific chums as described in Jellydin's tale. “Let's see if this combination works,” I mused, eager to test my newfound knowledge against the capricious seas.

Part #3: A Captain's Approval

 Medievalton: Visit Stonehaven's fish list, find the two chums described in Jellydin's tale, and equip them for a potent combination. Your chum mastery awaits verification.

With Jellydin's appearance, Captain Ravenshield looked on, impressed. 'You've got quite the knack for this,' he noted. I realized that success in this world meant understanding the unique chum combos for each special fish.

Chapter #4: The Watermelon Encounter

Part #1: Rogue Fruit

Medievalton: A narrow escape from a rogue watermelon prompts an urgent need for defense. Captain Ravenshield requires 5 Timberalure's to cast a protective aura around my Medieval Mauler. Remember, the key to success lies in seeing which chum combos attract the special fish. Keep a close eye on the 'Combo' section on each fish page to see your analysis.

After a close call with a rogue watermelon, I knew I needed better protection. “Never thought my biggest challenge would be fruit,” I joked, handing over 5 Timberalure's to Captain Ravenshield to enhance my Medieval Mauler.

Part #2: Enchantment and Quest

Acquire 5 Timbalures. You can also buy them using shells at Resources.

With my Medieval Mauler enhanced, I was ready for the next challenge. “Find Seer Sal and rescue King Fin,” Captain Ravenshield instructed. The quest took me deeper into a world where magic and reality blurred.

Chapter #5: The Path to Wizard Forest

Part #1: A New Path

Next step:

Medievalton: Your defenses are now impervious to even the mightiest watermelons. The timberalure enchantment on your Medieval Mauler is afixed. Seek out Mystic Memorabilia for the next challenge - find Seer Sal and rescue King Fin. Remember to keep trying different chum combo's to analyze different attractions.

Turn in the Mystic Memorabilia collectable set to unlock Seer Sal.

Then catch Seer Sal.

Seer Sal's insights revealed a new path. Using the Lockmaster EX, I cleared my way to Wizard Forest, a place shrouded in enchantment. “This is like stepping into another world,” I thought, intrigued by the mysteries ahead.

Part #2: Unearthing the Treehouse

Next step:

Next Step: Seer Sal's revelation points you towards a new path. With the Lockmaster EX, you can navigate the once-obstructed riverway to the Wizard Forest. It's time to clear the path and uncover the truth. Hand over 6 Lockmaster's!

Get some Lockmaster EX's, either from the collectables or by buying them at the Resource Shop.

With the path to Wizard Forest open, I geared up with the WarHammer addon. My goal was clear: uncover the ancient treehouse and free King Fin. The forest, alive with fire and magic, awaited my exploration.

 Medievalton: Thanks to the Lockmaster EX's, the passage to the Wizard Forest is now open. Gear up with the WarHammer addon to uncover the ancient treehouse and free King Fin. Your journey continues in this mystic land, where fire and magic intertwine.
