Description: Santa's special recipe that attracts the Reindeer Contest fish! It can only be found in Treasure Chests in Waterport, when the Fir Branch pole is active.

Found randomly in chests at Waterport while fishing. Attracts Rudolph Fish 99% It doesn't seem to b e active at the moment. Please help add better details.
