While fishing in Burnout Bay, you will occasionally encounter the '''Escaped Prisoner'''. He is similar to the opponents you've encountered in Icelantica ([[Flying Penguin]], [[Rabid Raccoon]], [[Polar Bear]]), however requires a Lv 73 (Lv. 75+ recommended) pole to successfully attack him. His collection set yields Deckhand Vouchers & Liquid Gold.

* Defend with your Candy Cane / Medical Mangler Pole! (requires level 73 pole)/(works best with a level 75+ Candy Cane/Medical Mangler)

The last option changes depending on which pole ([[Candy Cane]] or [[Medical Mangler]]) you are using, and requires purchasing the fourth add-on for that pole.

 

If you fail to "take off and run", you will be moved to [[Castout Creek]]
