* Shiplap? You just need to own the Trash Trimmer (in [[Tragedy Reef]] - Roperian Garbage Patch). TBD whether you actually have to collect 20 planks. If you do, you'd have to do some Trimming in that area and build up a collection. Be sure to have [[Bounty Hunter License]] active so you don't get fined and kicked out.
