- Quest specific tips: Start this quest by concentrating on the Necktie Eel Fish and use either Fish Guts or RLC. You can use the repellent combination of Pistol Punch + Red Blanket mentioned in the first quest to make your odds very high for catching him, and you will catch the occasional Suave Fish at the same time. After this, if you are using RLC you can go ahead and finish both the Suave Fish and Speckled Hate Fish which can be attracted using Hair Gel and Vial of Bile, and after that continue with RLC and the repellent combo. Without RLC, it is better to save the attractants until all the Sting Ray Fish are caught first. This quest can take 100-200 casts depending on resources.
