It's not true theat "Once you have 450,000 Goodness/Evilness points, catching a Karma Fish or Piranha Fish from Snowpeak Summit will reward you with a message from the Ancient Mariner sending you on a top priority mission.." I caught the fish and had the message with less then 430.000 Evilness. How to correct this?

I got that message and be able to go to Sig's Lair when I was less then 420.000 Goodness, But I also truely remember that the hint in map say that I have to have 450.000+. I think it's a bug.

You arrive at Sig's Lair and use the secret key to open up the main door. You are immediately greeted by a frantic scientist...

Choose "Yes, I can help!" or "No Thanks, I'll head on out of here!" After choosing "Yes":

Step 2 of 4) Select a Symbiotic Pole...

“You can ONLY catch Sig with a Symbiotic Pole.”

“A Symbiotic Pole is a living pole that requires several addons. Addons are unlocked after figuring out what Resource Mix Sig used to mutate each fish.” - Igor Gillray

After purchasing Algaenite or Planktonite pole:

Step 3 of 4) Find the Resource Mix...

“Sig mutated the Necktie Eel into the Bowtie Eel by mixing 2 specific resources together with his Symbiotic Pole.”

“Find the correct resource mix - so you can unlock the next pole addon and stop Sig from mutating all of the fish in Farovia!” - Igor Gillray

Choose "Find the Bowtie Eel's Resource Mix!"
