What is the reason for this comment for the King's Casserole quest:

"Quest specific tips: Note: It may be beneficial to not have your Excali-pole augmented before starting this quest"

What would be the benefit of not augmenting your pole? Them, when should you augment? Once the quest is complete? --75.5.5.191 00:24, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

Because none of the fish required for that quest are above level 50. And by augmenting too soon, you start catching a lot of Ironess fish and other higher level fish that are more numerous than the Viking and the Vampire.
