How to catch Sig Sanctorio Fish:
Level up the Sling Spear, Torpedo Spear, Electro Spear all the way and harness Liquid Gold on the Level 80 Sig Sanctorio to wrangle it in. Deckhand Deb will help wrangle it with the Electro Spear, so don't use it.
