Description: Only those with the wit to gather the six Ranha Regalia collectables should stand a chance at hooking such a beautiful fish. The Puppyranha's voracious appetite for royal quest dishes and its habit of fetching sunken treasure briefcases makes it the most entertaining.
Notes:
In order to catch this fish, you'll need to have handed in the Rahna Regalia collection.
As the last collectable only requires catching a level 70 fish, you could opt to trade down to complete the set and start trying to catch this fish at pole level 113 (111+2 with LC). Otherwise you'll have to get collectables from catching fish that require pole levels of 118 and 119.
