Description: The Octo is very elusive and can only be caught after reeling in three of its tentacles. Wranglers must venture far beyond Sans Culpra and later return in order to stand a chance at catching the mysterious Octo.
TIP: Drops the “Octo Candle Collectable” ~50% of the time!

It is only possible to catch an Octo Fish once you have travelled to Icelantica.
How to catch Octo Fish: Catch Octo Fish by using a Level 38+ Pneumatic Spear Gun in Sans Culpra. Requires the skill of the Scuba Fishing License.
