At least a Fancy Rifle-pole and better place to catch is Fishertonville. Use chum that isn't a preferred chum by other fish there, such as Fish Guts Chum or Generic Chum since using another more prolific fish's preferred chum will attract those more often than Emos. If you have a 2x or better boost for RLC, you might want to give it a try.
