Trying to get 10 Vampire Fish. Anyone know if i should be fishing at night or using some sort of mix of chum and repellent/attractant?

Vampire Fish like steak chum. . . it might be the blood. . . they are best fished for in Waterport, as they are only seen during limited times of the night at other locations. I'm using a level 60+ oak branch with steak chum and I'm slowly getting the vampire fish I need for one of the oak branch quests. --Brian
