I'm told it's possible as Captain of my nf party, but I can't seem to find a way to change the leave time. Help!  :)

You can change your Night Fishing time by going to your Night Fishing page (found by selecting 'My Night Fishing Page' from the Home drop-down list, or by clicking here: http://apps.facebook.com/fishwrangler/night-fishing). If you scroll down (and are the leader of the party), you should see a section called "Party Settings". You should be able to change the departure time (as well as your party name) there.
