i didnt have to try anything special, just started catchin em. you have to use the proper rod. althow i have caught 9 or 10 with my lvl 10 necro pole, it can be damaged so be carefull.
do you have your "steam powered hydro pole"?, its all you need, you can try buying some fish gut chum as well
