- Use Excali-pole or better (so no rifle, broken standard, oak branch) in Blue Crescent (since it has the largest population) with Steak Chum (it's preferred chum). As long as you have the skill Introduction to Chumming, you'll eventually catch one. If you want to use an attractant, the Vial of Bile has 99% potency and can be found at Sig's Shell Shoppe in Fishertonville and Sans Culpra.
