I have reached level 54 with the Algaenite pole but am unable to level it higher so I can do the next quest at level 62. How can I advance?

Answer: There is a glitch where FW navigates to the Quest page instead of addons when you click the link for 16 of 23. Instead click on the 17 of 23 link and the addon will be revealed.
