I would like to know how you get the scuba gear to be able to catch the better fish in Sans Culpra. I have the message and it says something about a ship crashed in Blue Crescent carrying some scuba gear and you might be able to find some with the new pole there coming out with, the necro pole. The Necro Pole does't catch anything in blue crescent it is not strong enough.
Use the necro pole at Blue Crescent - You will catch the scuba helmet. Thats all there is to catch.
after that your pole will be damaged. get the helmet and go. The oxygen tanks are at earls place
