Forum:Help !! Bug in Treasure box locks you in with no exit.

Someone please contact developer of FW to look into bug in Treasure Box. I've been stuck for a couple of hours and seen a couple of other in for over 9 hours. This is not a user issue. Once you get into this locked state you can not access any other menus to get in contact with developers.
