I'm fishing in Waterport to finish my Poison Acorn Brownie quest. I've only got my Poison Oak fish to go, and I've now made 400 casts with RLC over the past few days (with an 8x boost on catching the Poison Oak), and I've seen neither hide nor hair of it.

Is that fairly common? It's already been well over 1000 casts on this quest...

i haven't done the quest yet but if you will notice the fish that you need becomes harder to catch if they're included in your quest...--big zoid, Big Zoid, BIG ZOID!!! 03:52, October 7, 2009 (UTC)

i currently have a level 80 oak branch and fishing using steak chum. i'm not in a quest and yet i still haven't caught any. even the woodpecker seem to have eluded me from level 73-80? maybe it's really that hard to catch 'em. --big zoid, Big Zoid, BIG ZOID!!! 12:50, October 10, 2009 (UTC)

I have been on the final quest for quite some time fish guts work for catching woodpeckers but I have had no dice on the poison oak It is getting a bit ridiculous
