Forum:Cannot buy propulsion addon for alcatraz

My alcatraz is lvl 70 so i need the propulsion addon to keep leveling up. I completed the half shell soup quest which was the prerequisit quest for the addon but when i go to buy the addon, it tells me i still have a quest prerequisite that i havn't finished and i can't buy it. What should i do?
