Fish Wrangler down?

I was just wondering if Fish Wrangler has gone down for maintenance? I wasn't given a warning and I haven't logged in today. I haven't missed a day for nearly 7 years (dedication I know haha), so I am just wondering if it has gone down for maintenance, that if we will be compensated. Before I get to your Q, could you post your FW profile for us? You can always ask me personally on FB if we become crew mates if we aren't already! :) Also, if your so dedicated to the FW game, why not make a account here for the FW Wikia? I usually see alerts here for registered users but not IP addresses as lots of them get spoofed for fake accounts/bots/false users. Also, It's not any FUN not "knowing" whom we're dealing with here. ;)

As you can can see FW is back up. In case you haven't read the ToS of late and being on the site for so long - we all tend to forget the details, you should know FW does go down without notice. And they state it will go unroutinely down at certain times in the year, (but it's a lot better the the past!) and we may or may not be compensated points or FLC. Since the site runs on a number of scripts, it's usually self sufficient.

So we have no answers if Joe/Jillian will "compensate" us for unscheduled occasions - they usually have to last a specific amount of time to warrant the giving of FLC across the vast # of users too. If there ARE questions but you can't access the site, it's often good to belong to a Facebook FW group.

Don't worry about your points - I think there's a system in place for white pages, even if you refresh - it counts as a FISH NOW! And if there are maintenance days , Joe credits everyone. Even if he didn't, that would mean EVERYONE doesn't get points too. But if you do refresh a blank page for Fish Now , sometimes it will still count as a login. I don't check my points any more lol!
