Ancient wranglers once wrote about mysterious slugs on the ocean floor of Farovia, but scientists rejected the idea until recently, when the one-and-only Mister Earl made an accidental breakthrough discovery. In a rush to meet his mistress, Earl left his fishing pole in the water while traveling at top-speeds to their secret rendezvous location in Farovia, and upon arrival, he noticed a sticky creature hanging onto his fishing pole. The mistress screamed in horror and attracted local authority to the scene, which started up the investigation into the mysterious "Farovian Dragon Slug." Scientists believe the sticky slug exists throughout the islands of Farovia, although wranglers need to be traveling in order to have the strength to un-stick the Slug from the ocean floor. So start up your boat's engine, kick it into high gear, and GOOD LUCK!

How to catch Farovian Dragon Slug Fish:
The Farovian Dragon Slug can be caught when traveling between locations in Farovia. You will receive a catch message after traveling if you successfully reeled in the breed. There is no minimum boat requirement to catch the Farovian Dragon Slug.
FW Trivia: Clicking the "How to" used to take you to the FB side of FW on the same page. Unlike other fish, this "How to catch" is already open, because this is one of the most rarest fish to catch!
Even though it states it in the "How to" dialogue that it will add a catch message, you will get a msg within the notifications bar at the top of the screen EVERY time "whether it's a OPEN CATCH or OPEN MISS"
When you catch the Slug fish, you will also see a small thumbnail appear below in your Skipper's Log like this!
